Holiday Premium Resort

We had half board meal and was a perfect choice for us as we were out during the day. Good variety of dishes offered on a daily basis.

Didn't have an easy access to the beach. (No Private beach , Long walk to get to the public beach - which is across the street). Most activities are towards young kids (under 12). But we enjoyed it there. Fun and safe Family oriented resort.

It’s handy they have a store (albeit overpriced) inside the hotel. The arcade is also expensive but it’s a good entertainment for the children. The cleaning was okay. The lifts are usually quick. Some of the staff were kind and friendly.

They made us book two rooms when our family clearly fit in one. In fact, we did not even use that second room. The sofa bed is very small and uncomfortable. We felt cheated as the indoor play zone was always closed, access to the beach is incredibly awkward and the beach is not kid friendly, almost EVERYTHING costs extra if you don’t have All Inclusive. We had half board, and we had to pay for the access to the indoor pool and the Water Park (which is advertised as being part of the hotel, as Holiday Beach Club). They don’t even provide basic toiletries like a mini toothpaste. Not worthy at all for that price and we won’t return or recommend it. Some of the staff were very rude as well.

Room size

Uncomfortable noisy beds that moved. The hotel at night was impossible to sleep, screaming shouting every night. People randomly knocking on the door and running away.

Nothing standing out in particular. Big bathroom and big bed. Helpful staff.

Average breakfast quality. Lots to choose from but not really good quality. Room was alright but doors were damaged. Overpriced dinner (only all you can eat option).

The room was amazing. Staff was lovely pool area great. Breakfast was good plenty of options

Too far from anywhere had to get cab’s. Supermarket on site did not sell food so no point to kitchen in apartment

Big hotel clean with a nice view the staff was adorable i like my stay

Comfortable, clean rooms. Had nice Junior suite with sea view. Food was very good and varied.

This is part of a huge hotel complex so in peak times it must be like a holiday factory. Off season is fine but can't imagine what it must be like when the 3 huge hotel units are full.
