Eurostars Al-Ándalus Palace

The price was good. We just needed a place for the day as we were going to the airport at 6pm.

We flagged in advance that we would only be staying for the day and asked if we could check in early. We were told they would try and accommodate us. We arrived at 11am and were told a room may be available at around 12-12.30. We queued up again at 1pm and were told the room was not yet available. So we had to queue up for the third time at 3pm to get our room. Room was too hot with no adjustable aircon controls. Went to have lunch in the bar. Menu uninspiring and overpriced.

Hice la reserva para mis padres y les gustó mucho, el trato del personal, la habitación.

Room: - Cleaners cleaned it well whenever we needed it to be cleaned, the beds were very nice and comfortable - Bathroom was also clean, it included hand and body amenities as well as a hairdryer. Staff: - All the staff very lovely, friendly and helpful! Facilities: - The pool area was very lovely, there's beds to relax on and it wasn't too busy when we visited so that was also nice - They have a massage service and the lady that did ours was amazing! We felt really relaxed afterwards. - WiFi was decent, didn't have too much trouble with it

Location: easy to find but a little bit far from the main central tourist area, you need to get a 15 min (on average) taxi if you want to get to the centre which isn't bad but it can get expensive and inconvenient if you're on your own and doing a lot of trips. There is a mercadona a 10 min walk away though which is nice. Room: - AC in the room was quite weak and takes a long time to cool the room so when you come outside from the 35 degree heat its not the best but it was mostly okay and it kept us cool during the night. - The room we were given was on the 4th floor right in the corner where we had to walk a long way through more than 1 corridor to reach. This wasn't too bad for us since me and my friends can walk and don't have any mobility issues but it made it inconvenient and quite difficult to go down for anything including food or even just for water to refill our bottles. I recommend that you enquire about where the room is at checkout in case you're travelling as a big family or with people who have mobility issues. - On the first day we were given 3 water bottles (there were 3 of us) and we assumed we would be given new ones the next day but they didn't give us any new bottles until the 3rd day or so which isn't an issue except a) it was very hot and we were drinking a lot of water and b) to refill your water bottle you needed to go all the way down to their restaurant on ground floor so I think it would be better for the hotel to have a water dispenser that's easily accessible on every floor - The room was also a lot smaller than we expected - it has no small kitchen area with a sink or kettle but there is a small fridge provided which helped. Breakfast: - All the food is fresh and nice. There is also a variety of common breakfast foods to choose from but no halal food unfortunately.

La piscina

Había hormigas en la habitación. Parecía que la habitación llevaba tiempo sin usarse, sábanas que no olían bien y cristales sucios. Me cambiaron de habitación, pero fue muy decepcionante. En la segunda habitación, el interruptor del secador estaba roto y el secador no funcionaba. Las luces de la mesilla tampoco funcionaban. Además, tardaron bastante en darme la habitación porque su sistema informático no funcionaba.
