Huoneessa oli häiritsevän vahva hajusteen? haju, olimmeko lemmikkieläin asiakkaiden huoneessa vaikka meillä ei lemmikkiä ollut? Huoneessa oli tuuletin, joka ei toiminut enää kunnolla. Aamiaisen lämpimät ruuat olivat kylmiä ja vaikuttivat olleen liian kauan tarjolla. Hinta-laatusuhde ei todellakaan kohdannut.
