Parking pour garer la voiture

Contrairement à ma réservation, il s’agissait d’une chambre adaptée aux personnes en situation de handicap, sans que j’en sois informée au préalable. Cette situation est d’autant plus problématique que l’espace salle de bains et toilettes ne disposait pas de porte, ce qui a porté atteinte à mon confort et à mon intimité de manière significative. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs défauts matériels inacceptables : des prises électriques arrachées ainsi qu’un tiroir de la table de nuit cassé, ce qui témoigne d’un manque évident d’entretien. L’ensemble de ces éléments ne correspond ni aux prestations attendues, ni aux standards que vous êtes censés garantir, et a considérablement dégradé la qualité de mon séjour.

Hôtel très bien situé et confortable. Nous étions à vélo, nous avons pu les mettre en sécurité. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais surtout accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment très bien. Bravo
