Nothing

The rooms stinks of smoking, despite being a non-smoking room. Room is broom cupboard size, with the bed in the middle (no other space). Along a very noisy road.

Owner went out of his way to provide excellent service and good breakfast. Facilities all good. Very friendly service and excellent service very welcoming

Room could have been a little cleaner. Some traffic noise from busy road..
