Hotel Jean Moët

We are so pleased that we stayed at Hotel Jean Moet! The hotel is close to everything......shopping, restaurants, and of course the champagne houses. The hotel staff is incredible, and they take wonderful care of their guests. We felt like family staying here. I give the Hotel Jean Moet the very highest recommendation if you are staying in Epernay. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous three nights stay at the Hotel Jean Moet in Épernay. The location is terrific. It’s right near the train station, plenty of places to eat close by, and it’s very close to all the champagne houses.. it’s very easy to get an Uber to visit any not in the town. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, arranging tours, making recommendations and providing an excellent breakfast..

Hotellet kändes mer som ett 2-3 stjärnigt hotell. Lukten av unken fukt försökte man dölja med rengöringsmedel. Det står att det är hundvänligt, men på rummet väntade regler för hur ens hund fick röra sig inne i rummet. Personalen var upptagana med att prata med varandra. När man gick genom hotellet kl 11:00 på föriddagen stod all smutsig disk fortfarande kvar på alla bord i vad som föreföll vara en komibenrad lobby och restaurang. Jag tyckte det var riktigt ofräscht.

I didn’t ask for a quiet room. Not sure where you got that info. We only stated one night. It was fine. Nothing outstanding good or bad to report on.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Epernay - walk to everything and just steps away from the Avenue de Champagne. Extremely comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfast and really nice staff. We would definitely stay at Hotel Jean Moët again!
