L'emplacement en centre-ville avec parking public proche et le calme. La propreté de l'établissement et de la chambre. La courtoisie du personnel. Le confort normal, avec une réserve ci-dessous.

Erreur de concept de la chambre, : la mini-penderie à vêtements est inexploitable : les cintres suspendus inamovibles sont serrés les uns contre les autres, sans le moindre espace.
