Hotel & Spa Le Dahu

Cozy and authentic. Staff were excellent. Particularly enjoyed the BBQ when we arrived. Beautiful setting.

Air conditioning in room would be nice as it was very hot. Good windows for ventilation though.

My husband and I had the most amazing time at Le Dahu. The room was so cozy, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset view over the mountains. Everything in the room was spotless, with lots of homey touches that we absolutely loved. The pool on the property was a wonderful treat after a day of mountain biking, with bar service right at your fingertips. The buffet breakfast was delicious—we particularly enjoyed the yoghurt and fruit salad. We also attended the Thursday night BBQ in the garden, which was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Adrien at reception. He was incredibly helpful with all of our questions—from recommending bike hire to helping us get a reasonably priced taxi from Morzine to Chamonix on our departure. He was exceptionally attentive, and given that our French is almost non-existent, we really appreciated the effort he and the rest of the staff made to communicate with us in English. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone to stay here and we would love to return again, particularly in the winter to really enjoy the cozy feel the accommodation gave.

Second time here. Great place to stay whilst visiting our sons. Ideal location, very friendly staff, lovely surroundings, excellent breakfast.

There was no air con, which would usually be fine (especially in winter) but it was a heat wave so we needed the door and windows open all night to try and cool. The food menu could have more choice in the evening, but the food was fantastic anyway so not that much of an issue!

Excellent breakfast options with restaurant in a lovely sunny setting. Friendly helpful staff at breakfast and reception. Minibus drivers always able to pick us up and very welcoming. Given one of our rooms as courtesy room on final day, to help prepare for late departure. Bar area cosy but elegant. Overall a lovely hotel with lovely staff!

The bathrooms are a little tired . We had a shower head above a bath with shower curtain. Needs to be upgraded to align with an anticipated 4 star standard.

It’s a little out of the way if you are skiing but there is a van that can take you into the areas you need to be.
