Cette hôtel n est pas un 4 étoiles lorsque nous sommes arrivées le couloir était encombré avec des sacs de linge et le personnel est complètement perdu avec l ordinateur

La chambre avec de la moquette est un nid à microbes

"Great location in easy reach of major roads and Troyes."

This is a great ‘stop over’ hotel. It’s got its quirks, but the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is good and is restocked constantly. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and very efficient. Only a 15minute walk away is the beautiful lake and fabulous Belvedere Restaurant. This will be a regular for us.

The rooms feel dated, although perfectly comfortable as a transit stop.
