Everything was so fine. Very friendly owners, location, cleanines, spacious room and bathroom, beautiful furnitures, very nice interior. Special thanks for their aim to avoid food waste.

It was a very warm humid day and perhaps the lack of air conditioning might worry some people but the ceiling fan was amazing, very effective and quiet. It was a very large room, with an extremely comfortable bed, high ceilings, nice furnishings and plenty of old world charm. Unfortunately I had not reserved dinner and I there was no availability. I tried the Cafe de la Paix as suggested by the owner and it was great, it is a PMU bar but it had quite a few diners. I had a tasty salad and probably one of the best glasses of white wine I have ever tried. Remember to put some anti mosquito cream before you go out in the evening, they are voracious.

Breakfast was rather disappointing and expensive. There was no choice, and it was a triumph of presentation over substance, I was perhaps the last to eat but I don't think that should have been important. Nothing else was offered, there was nothing hot, just a simple continental breakfast, the pastries were a little undercooked. The breakfast room was very attractive and the hosts pleasant, but the traveller really requires something more substantial and enjoyable to get the day off to a good start.

The house and decorations are just beautiful. The owners very helpful and kind. It’s was really blissful to arrive here after a hot and tough day on the bicycle.

No lift, but that wwas probably good for us.

Couldn't leave the windows open due to lack of insects so was a little warm without air conditioning.
