J’ai réservé une chambre pour deux amies la semaine dernière, et tout s’est très bien passé ! Cecilia est super sympathique, arrangeante et flexible sur les horaires, ce qui a vraiment facilité les choses. Le check-in a été fait à l’avance, très simple, et la chambre était propre, tout à fait correcte pour le prix. Merci encore pour ce bel accueil, je recommande ! À bientôt !

Super petit hôtel très, très bien placé pour visiter le village d'Eze. Emplacement très calme, internet très bien, pression d'eau dans la douche super. La patronne très attentive et très reactive, j'ai eu un excellent séjour, merci beaucoup.

I do not recommend Hotel Arc En Ciel at all. Upon arrival, there was no one available to give us the key or assist with check-in. The hotel felt completely abandoned, as if no one had been living or staying there for a long time. They messaged me claiming they had left the key somewhere near the stairs, but I was unable to find it despite searching thoroughly. This left me stranded at night in an unfamiliar location, which was an absolute nightmare after driving a long distance. Ultimately, I had to leave the hotel without checking in and find another place to stay. To make matters worse, the hotel still charged me the full amount, and my follow-up attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel.
