El desayuno no era apto para diabeticos, dulces muy ricos pero sin alternativa. Cuando pedimos queso o lo que tuvieran apto para diabeticos nos contestaron que tendríamos que haberlo advertido el día anterior.

It was a great choice to stay in upper Carnac, which is a little further from the beach, but so much calmer and with so much more interesting environment - restaurants and shops were a little less touristic. It was also closer to the stones of Carnac, which was our main travel goal. The hotel was situated in a calm part of the village, and the only noise we would hear was from a chatter in the restaurant downstairs. The room design was lovely - very beautiful wallpaper matching with the old wooden construction. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast is worth to be ordered. The restaurant is worth a try, especially, if you want to escape the mass concentrated at the beach zone. The food was great, but had a nineties vibe, and it was a little overpriced.

The room was tight for two people - there was very little space to put our things without having to stumble over them or spend a lot of time searching for something under a pile. As the hotel is not far from the beach, it would be good to consider that people will bring their wet swim wear in need to dry - the was no place to dry them, except taking off the towels from their racks in the bathroom. We would be drying them by hanging on the chairs. The bed was also quite small (1.6 m). As there was no AC, we would keep the windows open during the night, but the courtyard lamps were so intense, that we couldn't keep the windows open at their fullest. The staff was friendly, however, communication was complicated. We arrived a little earlier, but within the working hours of the reception indicated on booking. Trying to communicate with the hotel first by indicated phone numbers, then my messaging on booking, we received no answer. When the phone was finally answered, the lady couldn't speak English, and our French was not enough. However, when she showed up an hour later, she was very friendly, and managed to communicate in a mix of French and some English.

Nous avons été un peu déçut par l’emplacement des sanitaires mal placé et positionné de façon inconfortable
