"Hôtel qui pratique le surbooking"

J’ai fais une réservation booking et le jour de mon arrivée je commence déjà par attendre 30 minutes devant la réception que quelqu’un arrive pour qu’on me dise « nous n’avons enfaite plus de chambre ». J’ai du retrouvé un hôtel seul. Un personnel qui s’en foutais que je puisse dormir dehors ! Inadmissible, ce n’est pas possible de faire du surbooking ! la honte
