No key was left on the first day to let me into the room, even though those were the instructions. Huge inconvenience. There was no hot water first day too. The room was cold, and the small space heater was too noisy.

Amplasarea ideala, aerul istoric al cladirii, proximitatea punctelor de interes din oras, curatenia.

Arrival was easy, and the hotel allowed for an early check in adapting to my flight. Old beautiful building, very nice centre of Ferney, close to delicious patisserie... all was clean and tidy and worked perfectly well, could feel rooms were quite new and well reformed. There was no elevator, only stairs (only three floors). From mine in the 3rd there was a distant but beautiful view of Mont Blanc.

I was not able to enjoy the restaurant nor do breakfast due to meetings schedule :(

Lovely hotel, great size room and fab shower! There are no staff to great you, everything is online but we were able to request a late check out by messaging the customer service team online.

No lift and we were on the top floor. Wasn’t a major issue though.

A convenient stay close to Geneva airport, in a small pleasant town. There were no staff at check in but the communication, entry and key pick up was very easy. Tea and coffee in the room. Free parking directly across from the hotel.

Could have had a little refresh.

Near of bus stations, restaurants and markets.
