Great location in the centre of Barmouth, a little noisy at night but we guessed it would be above a pub but we would stay there again

Little noisy late at night being above the pub but would not put us off staying there again

Paying for parking, leaving/ entering via bins & dirty laundry etc, when pub was closed, kitchen closing earlier than scheduled.

My companion suffers with heart failure and has a assistant dog. She could not make the very steep stairs up to the top floor. I was not informed of this when booking. So I have requested a refund, as we needed to find another hotel to stay for the 2 nights, which cost me a lot more money. So a refund is required

Even though the rooms were above a pub, where you needed to access the door to the accommodation through the bar area. A lift would have been better. Also part way up the stairs the fire door was so heavy and stuck on the carpet it was a hazard.

The location no fuss check in.

Door to room was difficult to open needs lock adjustment and bottom planed as sticks on carpet.

It was dirty. The hand rails up to the room were dirty & greasy. The carpets were sticky. I would not get a shower in the bathroom; mold everywhere, even in the shower tray. Didn’t stop for breakfast because I thought the whole place was dirty and smelly. We did not feel comfortable with the security of the room, struggled closing the door and the lock was loose. Will never stay there again! Very disappointed, especially booking it through your Booking. Com. I didn’t sleep because the noice was horrendous outside the room.

Rough & ready B&B with bags of character & a great base for enjoying Barmouth. The staff give it a proper old skool British pub vibe, which was Brilliant.. Great place to sit outside with a beer & see the world go by. Thanks very much, all the crew
