Haddon Hall Hotel

Breakfast was good, staff friendly, service good. The hotel needs to be modernised very old carpeting and furnishings. No air con in the room, unbelievably hot! Location brilliant!

The room was overlooking a flat roof and car park. Room was dark and extremely hot. The radiator in our room was still on very low! Telly wasn't working either. The room was dated and very compact.

Room was too small

When we arrived at the hotel we went into to the room it was ok until we tried to put the tv on and it didn’t work so my partner was to the reception and asked why the tv wasn’t working and we was told that the hotels aerial was not in service but we was not told this before we got to the hotel and the staff at the reception didn’t do nothing to help not even a refund so we what to another hotel we have never been so disappointed in the way we was treated 😡😡😡

Convenient to town,friendly and helpful staff and nice little bar.

Needs to be upgraded and lift archaic.

We originally booked a family room wich was not as expected The manage then allocted as two rooms instead close by each other which we settle with.reception restaurant staff (Frankie) all very helpful respectful and kind went with mother who has dementia.She,lso enjoyed the evening entertainment Singing and bingo. Thank you

Lack of disability facilities Staff could be more helpful with disabled people.

Wir haben uns hier leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt. Es war eine winzigkleine Kammer, nicht allzu sauber. Die Strasse wurde während des Zeitpinkt des Aufenthalts geteert, der Weg zum Hotel sehr erschwert. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts dafür, aber eine Info diesbezüglich wäre schöm gewesen. Der Ort war wie ausgestorben. Das Personal war sehe freundlich und geschlafen haben wir trotz allem gut.
