Plenty parking spaces, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, good quality breakfast

Bed little too hard for my liking, but could be for someone else

Great location (for attending hospital across the road) Nice to see a family run local hotel with a bit of history attached to it rather than staying in some group multinational hotel. They're fine, but you just can't beat the charm of a local hotel.

Ah, it was hard to pick much fault with it, the bar could do with a bit more effort put into it. It's nice but it looks a little cheap and cheerful - not the actual seats and tables, they're lovely. But the actual bar, it's just too cheap and modern looking. It doesn't fit in with the rest of the hotel. Like I say, it's not really a complaint per se.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Was very close to access the hospital across the street!

Our room / bathroom could have been cleaner. Some dust / dirt/ debris on the floor under the radiator.
