Friendliness and assistance of staff.A lovely chapel on the grounds.lovely decor and in the Christmas spirit. Lovely rooms with very comfortable beds and good facilities.

It meet my expectations, so I didn't dislike anything.

Very clean and bright. Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable bed but was on castors so moved when you sat down.

Very basic supplies in bathroom although very clean. Limited breakfast choice.

Staff were welcoming in all areas & helpful. Was furnished old worldly but was was lovely. Clean.

Food in bar was enjoyable but very pricey for amount given & sides excluded in price, added extra. Breakfast: bacon burnt scrambled eggs overdone although husband enjoyed his full one. Restaurant needs bit of loving care. Food Very slow in coming. Staff so pleasant though. No hot water in morning, went for shower @ 8 am could not take one as water cold.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The place had such cute character and the food and rooms were so nice.

Staff were so friendly. I was having a small procedure done in the nearly Kingsbridge Hospital and Staff could not have been nicer especially the older man ( the owner I think). Breakfast was delicious too. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Asked to change rooms and was put into a dusty filthy room was not worth the hassle to ask again as the lady owner is rude , every once of food is deep fried , bar closed at 9.30 . Breakfast was very poor and the dining room is old and facilities are very bad, the fact that there is a oratory(church) in the hotel is weird , place smells of mould , was going to tour around the area but came a four hour journey home to have a shower and some decent food . The worst hotel we have ever experienced

Located opposite medical clinic where I had appointment next morning

We were informed at clinic that u get discount at hotel if goin to clinic.no one mentioned this beforehand.tv had no remote and they moved us to another room tv reception very poor
