"A good value stay in a classic British inn"

The room was spotless clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the home-made balti for dinner was a great choice.

I didn't expect to have air con, but it would have helped on the second floor on one of the hottest days of the year - but the fan helped a lot.

Large character room which was very comfortable and quiet. Good quality "pub-style" food.

"Benchmark B+B hosting with great food in lovely surroundings."

This is the benchmark in great B+B hosting. A warm welcome, fast check in, clean and comfortable rooms with a good shower, lovely reasonably priced food in great surroundings. Price point is spot on. Top tip - sit outside and enjoy dinner on the the benches on an immaculate lawn.
