The staff remembered me from my last stay. Even the chef remembered how I like my breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming. No problems with my last check in, member of staff communication 10/10

The shower space is very small. But its an old building they did well for space they are working with

Clean and spacious rooms. En-suite bathrooms and complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits

It was very very warm and stuffy in the room. Arrived and the windows hadn't been opened and it was very hot inside the room. We were provided a fan but it did not help. Didn't get the best sleep because the room was so warm

Location.

The pub was horrible. No food available. A band played all night and we couldn't sleep at all.
