Three Wells B&B

Situation good for Builth Wells. Away from main roads & quiet setting. Staff helpful. Room overlooked the car park but not disturbed.

Too many steps & stairs, not suitable for disabled people. Handrail on stairs didn’t reach the top so unsafe to descend them. Breakfast area down two sets of steps. Breakfast basic & poorly cooked. Tables in breakfast area sticky.

Room was lovely, spacious and even though I booked a single, I had a very comfy double bed.

I arrived late afternoon / early evening, and wanted to take a shower, but the water was cold and only warmed up the following morning.

The room was perfect. I liked the layout of the room with a little entrance hall containing the wardrobe area. I loved the stylish and comfy chairs with the little tea tray to enjoy the complimentary snacks and refreshments. The bed was really comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was served promptly and really tasty. My table by the window overlooked the lake just perfect for enjoying the view on a frosty but sunny morning.
