Location was ideal, our room was large relatively clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful

The property itself had character and an ideal location but the bed and pillows in our room unfortunately were smelly and was quite off putting

I just can't pick a fault with the hotel, great location, comfy bed, quiet at night, staff were nice , great breakfast. Just couldn't ask for more.

Nicely located close to the beach, town centre and football stadium. Impressive staircase worthwhile a second glance at the leadlights in the background. Very clean room and super friendly staff that made me feel welcome. Had dinner in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by what was possibly the best Shepherds Pie I ever had.

Good size rooms and nice and warm. The staff were very, friendly, accommodating, pleasant, efficient. All very good at what they do. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Could do with a bit of TLC here and there.

Rooms are spacious staff are attentive especially Anne good breakfast selection
