Very friendly staff, comfortable room with ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi. Varied dinner and breakfast menu.

Only downside steep stairs to bedroom so not suitable if have mobility issues.

The property looked a little bland from the outside but walking through the door, what a difference, a real fire blazing in the fireplace, friendly staff and great food very reasonably priced. I had a gammon steak which was really thick and perfectly cooked, 2 eggs, chips and peas. When it came to dessert, I was spoilt for choice, so many that I wanted, Eton Mess, Creme Brulee, Banoffee pie, Crunchie cheesecake, salted caramel sundae, Twirl orange sundae, I opted for the Creme Brulee and wow, it was the best I had ever tasted, absolute gem of a pub.

The floorboards in my room were very creaky but all the rooms were upstairs, so I don't believe I disturbed anyone, the room was small but had all I needed, shower pressure could have been better but these are small issues.

Staff weew excellent took me and my wife to another destination and picked us up as lack of taxis

Very handy location just outside Hereford Room was very small but manageable for just a one night stay as single traveller Had a great Rump steak with all the trimmings for dinner

Missed out on breakfast as they didn’t start serving til 8am which is too late for me to get to work for 8:30am - might be handy if that was advertised better

Ample safe parking and good location for proximity to Ledbury. I have stayed here several times and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Food is excellent.
