The Rutland

I am a light sleeper but slept very well. Comfortable bed, clean throughout. Hosts are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. First choice for me next time I visit the area.

It was quiet and out the way of the busy town centre and ideal as family live 5 min walk away so was great not having walk to far when 8 month pregnant. It is clean and smells amazing when you walk in. Host was very polite on arrival and when leaving. Breakfast was included but didn’t have due to having a long drive on check out day so wanted get on the road asap. Room was tidy and ideal for two people as was me and my son. Other guest were quiet was expecting bit of noise but rarely heard anyone else which was nice.

Lovely clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff. Good location with tram stop less than 2 minutes walk.

Perfect for myself and teen daughter to use as a base to explore for a few days. Lovely hosts who couldn't have been more welcoming. Great breakfast to start the day. We had a room with a double & single bed which was immaculately clean, comfortable beds and bright. B&B is straight opposite the tram stop, so easy to commute to pleasure beach, but much quieter than in the busier areas.

Nothing. If i was to be exceptionally picky, a bedside table against the single bed would have been handy, but I'd assume most people would use the single for a child, rather than for an adult. We managed fine with what we had.

From the moment we walked in, We were greeted with kind, friendly faces. You can really tell Kay and Adrian take pride in their hotel, and it shines through. It was one of the cleanest Blackpool hotels I have ever stayed in, spotless and just cosy. We booked to go back while already there. Thanks for having us.
