Lovely property, room was unique and very comfortable. Great to be welcomed by the owner/host on arrival. Liked the honesty bar for beers and wine. Great communication before arrival.

"Absolutely exceptional B&B in a perfect location."

The breakfast was offsite at a cafe a short walk away but was exceptional. The house was beautiful, access was very easy and the facilities were spot-on. Being right in the centre of town was a bonus.

Behind the house is a lane where deliveries were being made early in the morning, meaning it was a little noisy. However it’s really nitpicking as everything was nigh-on perfect.

"Spotlessly clean but dissapointing overall."

The room and facilities was very clean and the host very pleasant

The room was really cramped and as we were on the 1st floor the noise from people walking around in the room above was very disturbing. We asked for a quiet room but this was far from quiet. The host said it was the nature of the building. But we stay in many hotels and have not experienced this level of noise before. It felt like the above guests were in our room.
