STaff all helpful & room was nice & clean & comfy.

Would have preferred a shower to a bath

Location was good, but noisy which was expected due to the location. staff very polite.

Hairdryer was difficult to use as the plug was away from the mirror.

Short staffed and the staff were clearly stressed and therefore not very polite as too rushed. The bar staff need to be separate from the restaurant staff as they couldn't cope.

Not a great deal to be fare

Inconsistent, cold room, inadequate breakfast offer, lack of information.

Great food, clean comfortable rooms and lovely staff.
