Excellent position, very appealing frontage, welcoming and warm in entering. Comfortable and attractive entrance, lounge, stairs, dining area with original features. Good breakfast , with plenty. of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt as well as cooked breakfast options. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo/ conditioner sachets, tooth paste, tooth brush, soap, tea/ coffee/ hot chic, biscuits in room.

Bed in room 11 was a little small and plain but we appreciate that the room was not particularly big to accommodate a larger more ornate bed. The view of the beach, sea and hills on the opposite side of the bay however made up for this. The shower had been plumbed back to front for the hot and cold water. Although there was a notice in the bathroom advising about this, I didn’t notice it until after I’d started to shower in cold water -brrr!

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and lovely touches like a tiny tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush. Breakfast wonderful.

Location is perfect. Lovely sea views. We loved all the quirky and beautiful ornaments and furnishings. The breakfast was sensational 🤩🤩 Owners delightful. Will definitely be going back.

The only downside was that we were on the top floor and the final set of stairs were steep. My wife has arthritis in both knees and struggled a little with them. Next time we book we will ask for a first floor room.

Perfect find. Great location. Lots of original features including fantastic stained glass window. Lovely touches from Donna and Eric. Literally everything considered. Comfy bed. Beautiful sea view - which was incredibly calm at time of visit. Topped off by great breakfast with lots of choice - cereals, drinks, dried fruit, juices and full English.

No bad points to mention
