The hosts were very attentive and greeted us with a smile upon arrival and again the next day at breakfast.

It would have been great to have a brochure in the entrance with places to visit around fleetwood

Decent sized room, clean with good range of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Lots of guests at breakfast were repeat guests of the hotel which is always a good sign.
