The King's Arms by Innkeeper's Collection

As soon as we walked we were welcomed by the attentive & kind staff. The location was stunning, we walked along the canal tow path for miles. The Knowle locks were incredible. The room was immaculate and so inviting with a super comfy bed, fluffy towels and a hot spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious and cooked just how we like it. Again served by lovely staff. We would definitely recommend this beautiful, cosy and tasteful pub. Great secure car parking too.

There’s nothing to say. It was all 100% from start to finish.

Rooms are small but very comfortable & well appointed. Staff are always friendly & helpful.

Very clean and seam,less check-in

Breakfast was served until 11. We went downstairs at 10.20. waitress took our order. We were still waiting at 11.20. Staff took tea and coffee away. when I asked for a glass for some juice. I was told breakfast finished at 11. I said that we hadn't had our breakfast yet. Eventually got a glass but no tea. I understand it was busy but we could have been updated and an apology would have been good. Drinks very expensive. Room was very small but to b e fair it did say that it was a small; double room. I wouldn't stay again because of being made to feel a nuisance at breakfast. We also asked for a well done egg but that didn't happen.

Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. Our room was directly next to the road, but the traffic noise didn’t bother us. Bathroom was great and shower good.

It was quite cold in the room when we arrived. One window had secondary glazing (the one next to the road), but the other didn’t. There was a little bit of a draft. The hall was also very cold. It would have been handy to have been given two keys as you need a special tag to get through the security door.

Nice warm room. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and dinner
