Good restaurant with friendly staff. Very accessible from motorway and good location in the country

The rooms are I need of upgrading to modern standard. The bed was very comfortable

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight, everything was cooked perfectly and really friendly team

The room was in need of a bit of a refurb - but other areas have clearly recently been redone recently and look great, and overall would recommend staying here

The rooms are looking tired and in need of updating.

The lounge was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The separate bedroom with toilet and shower were better than expected and everything worked. The car park was large and there were grounds to walk in . The restaurant was attractive and the menu and service was excellent. Although a Wedding party was going on ,there was no noise late at night from either inside or out.

Nothing except perhaps a lift to the first floor rooms.

Restaurant and leisure facilities have clearly had investment and up to the standard expected of a wedding venue.

Rooms very dated and have that 1970’s wooden smell. Uncomfortable beds. Overall just a very dated hotel in need of a complete upgrade.

Staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant attached a contrast with OK food. Felt a little rushed though by staff and also the single traveller (have you booked etc). They need to do single covers... I know it's not the business that they'd prefer, but it all adds up.

Just extremely tired decor, out dated TVs. L.inen was possibly from 80s too. Surely they can do better here.
