The Cedar Country Hotel

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, cleanliness, friendly young waitress

Exceptionally small bedroom with no wardrobe or chest of drawers so nowhere to put your clothes apart from 4 hangers on a wall rack. Only one small wooden dining chair provided to sit on. No shelving in the bathroom except for a cupboard under the sink. No place to put a hand towel. No faceclot.hs and not even a glass for toothbrushes provided These are all things to be expected in any good quality hotel Food passable but there was an extremely limited menu with no vegetable or salad choices available.

Absolutely stunning great place to stay away from the town life or some peace away from the kids lol food was gorgeous music in the bar too. would definitely be back soon

this is a beautiful hidden gem 💎 If you want the country feeling with the cosiest most beautiful rooms then you have to try here An the girls are just wonderful made us feel right at home can’t wait to get back

The Hotel decor was very nice & cleanliness was top notch, parking was good.

Room & bed too small, if you at least had a king bed one of the two would be good, the pillows way too soft, maybe one if each, soft and firm, the en-suite small nowhere to put your toiletries, and no hot water before 8 am on both mornings. The £10 for cooked breakfast overpriced, & the Continental breakfast inadequate, no cheese no ham, limited fruit, and cereal scarce, also food uncovered with flys about. Could use tea making facilities because there was nowhere to put it while in use and it was stored in a very awkward place. Overall not a happy experience, but the girls who run the Hotel were very nice.

Such a beautiful location,v peaceful and the staff were v accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend it for those that would like to get away from the town life, but also v close to the surrounding towns.
