"A great stay & highly recommend."

Great choice of breakfast, which was delicious. The staff are all very welcoming & service was excellent. A comfortable bed at the end of the day with complementary hot drinks & bottled water. Highly recommend.

Would have been great if food & drink was available during the evening.

"Room ok but very poor staff."

The bed was large. Good shower. Good selection on the tea tray.

No one at reception, I was unable to find where to check in. Every member of staff needed training in customer service. Was ignored both times I tried to speak to someone, firstly at check in and then again at breakfast. Staff only seemed interested in serving/helping golfing customers.No information about what was included in the breakfast package. The carpet in the room was badly stained. No where to plug in a hairdryer near a mirror.

Very comfortable bed. Good pillows.

The room was cold. 17.0 degrees. Even with the heater on for 1 hour it only went up .5 a degree.
