Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff on site were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Had to work out how to use the air con and tv, seemed to be quite newly developed so maybe just some teething issues. Didn’t affect our stay.

Decor was rather bland and corporate. A picture on the wall would help. The room was quite small. No communal facilities such as a lounge or bar after 5 pm. Breakfast was shared with some rather noisy golf parties.

Great price and great breakfast included. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Property is ideally located on the outskirts of Gainsborough. Plenty of parking. Good sized rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the clubhouse has a lovely view of the golf course. We would definitely recommend and should we be in the area we would stay there again.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and we found the room a little chilly. We did try and increase the heat but nothing happened.

A nice hotel with quality fittings and furniture in a superb setting. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional.
