"Exceptional"

I grew up in Gourock & was back visiting with my dog, so decided to stay at The Spinnaker. Can not fault anything. The room was lovely, staff were so friendly & helpful & the food was great.

"A good option with a good bar."

Its location for what I needed. Staff were friendly. I dint do breakfast, but wished I had, it looked very good and was good value.

Thought it was a lot for just a room

The staff and manager were lovely.

The room was ok . Unfortunately the tv decided not to work but the manager did bring one in to replace it. Then there were issues with the tv and the Internet. This was till about 9.30 pm and I ended up having to grab a sandwich from the local shop. There were also issues with a chest of draws that tipped forward and my drink ended up all over the carpet. I appreciate these things happen and its not the norm. It ended up being quite a late night. The manager did offer me a coffee.

"Exceptional"

A warm and genuine welcome. Offered to take our luggage to our room. Got a table in the dog friendly area and informed the staff we would need a larger table for the evening. This arranged. Had a wonderful evening and a really good meal.Staff were excellent and attentative.

No issues.

"Great hotel great staff and great food"

Great location to where we wanted to be visiting family. Views beautiful from the hotel. The hotel is lovely and clean. Food great and staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and stay again
