Beach Hut Suites

Amazing location - best view ever - staff friendly and welcoming. Beach hut even better than the photos. Very very dog friendly - can’t wait to go again!

It was wonderful, the decor and setup. Location was fab. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were amazing.

It was beautifully appointed with high end furniture and fittings. The staff were amazing, kind and thoughtful. There were lovely touches like tea, coffee, soft drinks and wine. It was also rather quirky with many cool pieces of art. It really kept faith the idea of a traditional beach hut.

I didn't realise that there is a walkway between the hut and the beach which was quite busy. This impacted on my stay because I felt a bit unsafe with the doors open.I also thought it was a bit pricey tbh for the area it was situated.

Hamper delivered to the door was lovely. Great choice of foods and flasks of tea and coffee.

Thermostat in shower very stiff to turn. Cobwebs on ceiling but not surprising as lovely tall ceiling.

Excellent location, staff mostly very friendly & efficient.

Area where main bed gets very stuffy & hot. No air at all, we did get a fan on the second day which helped a bit. We got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival ( it was expected as listed on booking.com ) it was Rose and as both my husband & I much prefer red or white, we asked if we could have red instead, we were told firstly that we would need to pay a supplement which I thought would be ok but then we're told it was around £29. While having dinner the first evening we ordered a bottle of red wine £30 & I noticed on the menu there was the house white, red & rose all priced at £22 same brand as our complimentary bottle in our fridge.i mentioned it the next day to housekeeping to see if they could swop it but was not done.On our 3rd evening I called reception and told them about it, the lady on duty said she would speak to her manager and get back to me, she never did call me back. I thought that if you are paying a premium price over £400 per night for 2 adults & a 4 year old, it would not of been an issue at all obviously I was wrong! Very short sighted!

I was worried that it was so expensive and we couldn’t cancel. But when we got there we absolutely loved it!
