Easy to sort out. The accommodation was clean and practical. Great value. Will definitely use this accommodation again if I need to return to Stoke.

Place was overall clean, but the bedbugs made that irrelevant... Location is ok

One of the rooms lock was broken, you could get locked inside and could only be open from the outside. One of the party got bitten with bedbugs.

Landlord is helpful somehow

A lot. Beddings aren't new. It looks like it was just used by the previous client. Shower and toilet rooms are untidy as well as the kitchen. At 10pm there's someone creepy tries to open your door. Not even knocking. I felt it was very unsafe to stay. And the bed has bed bugs and bed sheets still has hairs on it. It was an awful stay experience. Im Very unsatisfied. I better have to think more than 100 times to stay here... It was my first stay and will be my last

People were screaming. Toilet messey

I would have had no problems with giving a good review if it wasn't for the very intrusive tv noise I had coming through the very thin walls in the number 1 room. The tv was so loud it disturbed my sleep. It upset me I had paid that much money, along with the hidden charge of £50 for a damage deposit that I was not made aware of on the website when booking, so all in total, it was not a pleasant experience. But I have no problems with anything else, well... The mattress felt abit rough/bumpy. Could remedy that with a duvet or two under the sheet.

The pillow weren’t that comfortable, there’s a lot of noise coming from the boiler, also the waste bin at the entrance inside the property makes it smells rapidly which gives no pleasantries.
