Everything else. Leaking taps. Low water pressure. Sink leaked onto floor. Milk not replaced. Toilet was very stained. TV remote didn’t work. Room was totally unloved. Needed to be repainted and new carpet. Breakfast - toast rock hard. No choice of food

Shower did not work had call maintenance repaired but still wasnt very powerful and cold tap on sink didnt work at all

Ceiling lights didn’t work, very dated decor, dirty bathroom, had to ask for a second towel (two of us in the room!) very uncomfortable bed that dipped in to the middle, ripped curtain, broken bin, shower had temperature fluctuations and nearly got burnt!

Location and comfortable beds

Apart from the location and beds it is a very run down place. It still has the charm, but it is extremely dirty. Not just the rooms, also the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, but also the tables in the restaurant and the list goes on. A run down place can still be clean and that would have made a huge difference. The staff was friendly, but showed great fatigue and acted as they didn't care.

Looked promising

Dirty, not cared for , smelt, some lights didn’t work, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, no hairdryer, only 1 towel and dirty hand towel, no tea bags ( asked for new towels and tea bags when 2 hrs later had not arrived, had to go down again ) part of shower broken and was boiling to freezing , socket by the bed didn’t work. Tiles in bathroom were also dirty and only one half finished toilet roll
