The Mulberry Inn

Pretty location. Friendly staff. Great was a bar and lounge. Huge double room and lovely bathroom. Room stacked with refreshments and goodies. Evening meal was sensational! Best steak and ale pie ever!! Husband equally delighted with the excellent and spicy Thai dish.

Only point to mention the chairs in the bar could do with a serious deep clean, same for carpet.

The staff are great. The attention to details across the rooms and restaurant is really great.

Some of the furniture outside needs an upgrade/clean

Absolutely nothing

Without any question to date the finest place i had the pleasure to stay, absolutely brilliant especially the staff who always had a friendly and warm smile, lots of credit to the owners. I will definitely be coming again.

I did point out to the staff of water overflow from shower tray which had been noted and actioned.

Lovely quiet location, but handy for near by tourist locations. Rooms are large and have a fridge with fresh milk!!! Great food and beer. Staff are so friendly.

The food was excellent. We took our dog with us and he was thoroughly spoilt. It made a refreshing change as some hotels that say they are pet friendly don't turn out to be so. The room was lovely, clean and a good size. There was a great team working when we were there, all genuinely friendly and helpful, it was a real pleasure.

This hotel is as good as you'd expect anywhere, even better. Lovely bedrooms and public rooms, with a gorgeous garden and amazingly beautiful views. All staff were welcoming, friendly and very good at their jobs. It is in a very quiet area, but within a short drive of several interesting places to spend a day. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening meals were fabulous.

The tea tray in the room was probably the best we've had anywhere. Also nice to have fresh milk in the fridge.

Food was unexpectedly a bit pricey - website sample menu needs updating.

Breakfast wasn't a relaxed affair. Man in-charge was like a sergeant major. Rest of staff seemed on edge around him. Rest of staff were very pleasant. He was quite rude in his communication.
