Please note that guests should NOT rely on the Sat Nav to find the property. To find The Mulberry Inn always head for Chirk, not Llangollen. From Chirk take the B4500 along the Ceiriog Valley, through Pontfadog and as far as Dolywern (4 miles) before turning left for Llwynmawr. The inn is at the end of the village. The bedding is duck-down and feathers. Alternatives are available if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Kindly note at 11.30pm the premises are locked for security purposes - no late keys are available Guests with any questions should use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Loved the comfort and friendliness of all the staff."

The breakfast was excellent and we were looked after very well by the cheerful staff. Our room was spacious with lots of draw space for our belongings. The hotel was positioned well for our outings with beautiful scenery.

The shower room could have been a little larger. We did not use the beautiful, large bath as we are shower people. Felt a little uncomfortable with two guests who brought there dogs with them as I am sensitive to dog hair.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. It was clean and comfortable, set in a lovely quiet location and excellent breakfasts. Everything you needed in the rooms too.

The staff and inn were both lovely. A lovely location, surrounded by the natural beauty of Wales! The staff were amazing, always so friendly and there to offer a hand when needed and the complimentary chocolate was definitely a great touch! Any issues you have are solved as soon as possible and you are compensated for any small inconveniences! The staff made our stay and made us want to book again! Food was also to a good standard and very filling!

"A lovely accommodation with exceptional staff and food."

The accommodation was like taking a step back in time it was quirky and unique. We loved the quietness of the surrounding countryside the garden and the spectacular view. Our room was just right it was clean and offered little touches of home, such as fresh milk in the fridge, snacks and a fan. The food was exceptional and well presented. The unique way of ordering your food whilst sitting comfortably in the lounge area was a novel idea. The staff were exceptional friendly, chatty and went above and beyond for their guests. We would love to stay there again.

We could have benefit from a lift.

"Highly recommend"

A wonderful experience. Super comfy beds, lovely food, fabulous staff. Ev charger for overnight charging. The best hotel I have stayed in in North Wales.
