Spacious quiet and comfortable room. Good location. Some lovely, helpful staff.

Ineffective communication which resulted in agreed requests not being facilitated. Lack of options/availability of some breakfast items outside of cooked breakfast options.

We experienced a friendly check in. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable, with a choice of pillows. Our evening meal and breakfast were delicious. It seems, from the in house Newsletter, that the hotel has a great manager, supported by a team who care about the service they offer. The location is ideal for a visit to RHS Harlow Carr Gardens.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Lovely hotel sort of art deco theme. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Room was good big superking bed really comfortable. Food was delicious. Liked breakfast they had a filter coffee instead of a machine which was good. Plenty of seating all set out beautifully. Garden was a great feature again plenty of seating. Location is good for RHS Harlow Carr and you can walk into Harrogate. Will definitely stay again.

The convenience of where the Hotel is plus good parking. Food excellent

This was our second stay at The Pine Marten, so we knew exactly what we were getting. It's ideally located for Harrogate and we love the quirky decor. The restaurant and bar is full of 'nooks and crannies', rather than open plan, and tables are well spread out so you don't feel crammed in. The staff are lovely, and nothing is too much trouble. A 12pm check-out is fantastic!

The toilet flush in room 1 is hard to push and takes a few attempts to get 'the knack'.
