Best hotel in Llandudno, clean, brilliant staff who all go the extra mile every day to make sure your stay is superb, really nice rooms , spotless and well equipped, good food and entertainment, simply the best.

Absolutely love this hotel. The owners, staff, food, rooms, cleanliness and entertainment are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, if there is a problem or you have any special requirements of any kind they will always accommodate them whenever they can. The majority of the staff have been there many years, the way they are treated by Nathan & Tracey you can see why. There is always a warm welcome, always a friendly face with a welcoming smile. Nathan & Tracey are always thinking about the customers enjoyment, how they can make their stay memorable.

ideal location with beautiful sea views. All the staff and owners work very hard to create a fun and friendly atmosphere. The rooms in this boutique hotel are all very clean and beautifully decorated with everything a visitor can want. Food in the restaurant is of a very high standard and the restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would never want to go anywhere else in Llandudno.

Once again a fantastic experience. It was their cruising theme, I think we were in Thailand. Nathan and the team always make you feel welcome. Superb hotel, superb location

This hotel in our view is the best in Llandudno from management to staff it’s excellent .The breakfast is freshly cooked with loads of choice ,rooms are decorated to high standard and have everything that you need .Nightly entertainment is a plus

Visited this hotel several times and can see why it can sometimes be difficult to get a booking. The mock cruises are very good and everyone goes out of their way to get into the holiday spirit and ensure an enjoyable stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, Nicola on reception was brilliant and Carl is a fantastic table magician (would be a good idea to have him entertain guests nightly before dinner). Spotless clean hotel, great location (with parking), great entertainment, great food and value for money for the experience.

You can see why there is limited availability at the Tynedale, Nathan and the team do a great job. This time there was a cruise theme, I think we were supposed to be Thailand. The rooms are excellently decorated, breakfast served fresh. The added bonus is evening entertainment. Parking is often limited but you can leave your keys at reception. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we go back.
