Very close to the water park. Very clean comfortable room. Very spacious. Quirky and old (which is what we like) The food in the evening was delicious and hot. Although somewhat pricey. A small amount of outside noise in the street but no noise from the pub/hotel itself We didn’t have breakfast as left early so can’t comment on that. Would recommend

Location was perfect for our needs.

The room was tired looking. Described as a small double, but it really was small! I don't think this room was worthy of £90 a night charge. The hallway doors were grubby, there was a need for repair in our bathroom. The bed was comfy, but again small.
