• there was a “window” which was basically a glass plates - there were some gaps in it so it fell like its gonna fall soon. Therefore the safety. • the breakfast • no english speaking staff • overpriced laundry

Excellent location, close to metro station and restaurants.

Didn’t have hot water , in my room 302 the water from shower will leak through all the bathroom. Room was next to a noisy street.

Good location in the Estadio district and 5 mins away from the Floresta metro station. Fairly safe area during both day and night.

The window walls were not sealed off very well, which allowed a draft into the room and there was no window in the bathroom (just a hole in the wall - high up enough and small enough to not be dangerous).

Todo en el hotel funcionó correctamente . El trato fue amable y respetuoso. Hubo claridad en costos y condiciones. Gracias
