Zona es bien. Hotel No es como las fotos, nos dieron otra habitación, cuando llega es más deteriorado que las fotos. Las paredes son bien finas parece un motel. No recomendaría este lugar no va a valer tu dinero puedes encontrar mejores con ese precio que ellos cobran aqui Zone is nice. Hotel It is not like the pictures, when you get to the place it is deteriorated. This place looks like a motel, walls are very slim, you hear everything from the other rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It is not worth your money. You can find better for the money that they ask.

This is a nice hotel in Guatape. The bed was comfortable to sleep and we also liked the fact that they had drycleaning/laundry optiom for a good price. We had checked in early and the receptionist give us the oppurtunity to leave our bags to explore.

When booked, breakfast was included in our stay, to hear when arrived that the hotel doesnt serve breakfast to their guest, how is that possible. No alternative option was given or even a sorry. We contact booking since this was included in the price but still havent got a solution.

Buena ubicación para conocer el parque y comer algo cerca. Queda en todo el parque principal de Guatapé. Pésima ubicación si lo que quieres es dormir bien. El recepcionista es amable.

El desayuno fue lo peor. El queso de la arepa estaba podrido. La persona que nos atendió en el restaurante no proponía soluciones.
