Noisy at the room

Very attentive and helpful staff, who did their best to deal with my schoolboy Spanish, clean, comfortable. Very central.

It's a large conference style hotel so not to everyone's liking. A bit soulless. It's right central so easy walking distance to the square and the churches but isn't in the restaurant area so expect to walk a little further to find somewhere to eat. A bit expensive compared to other hotels in town.

The staff is very professional. Great customer service. Rooms are clean, huge and very comfortable. The waiters are great too! Food is delicious. 100% recommended.

Everything was awesome!

Super hotel. The staff are so professional and competent. The room was well equiped, the shower very hot, the bed comfortable, everything was in perfect working order. Cable TV in English and Spanish. Delicious breakfast. I completely enjoyed my stay here, this hotel is one of the best in Colombia.

Exceptional 4 star hotel. A great value. Guest rooms are comfortable, large and well equipped.
