It's the best deal around Montezuma. Everything was great. The pool is wonderful and clean. The room was above expectation and the ac was icy cold.

"Perfect place to stay and exceptional price!"

The person we checked in with didn't speak English but it was fine. We were able to communicate with no problems. I like that you create the pass code for the room. No need to deal with keys and turning them in. The hotel was inexpensive but met our expectations. The room and bathroom were a nice size and the A/C worked great. The pool and grounds were beautiful! There's a trail leading behind the hotel to a couple sitting areas - very cute! There was additional seating on the top floor too with a bookcase of books for you to enjoy while you stay. Most of the books were in English.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel and really great value for money.

Since I didn't have transport, walking down to the beach and shops after dark wasn't fun as the road isn't pedestrian friendly and most isn't lit. I recommend finding out about taxis beforehand as I couldn't get one back from the beach, and Uber had nothing and had to trek back uphill alone in the pitch black.

- you need a car because it is outside of the town - kitchen was dirty and not really equipped

Thé swimming pool is amazing, the garden as well and if you re lucky you ll get to see monkeys in the trees surrounding the hotel! The owner is super friendly and helpful! Thank you!

"It was ok"

Staff was friendly location was OK

The bathroom was dirty. It had toilet paper on bucket from previous travelers and I travel with my sister and I noticed that because of one more small bed I was charge double which made no sense why double for one little extra bed

"I had a very relaxing stay at Ticozuma!"

The property was well kept and very clean and it was very quiet. It also had a kitchen where you could make some meals! The swimming pool was great! The staff were very accommodating and did everything to make your stay comfortable. You could also do your laundry. The location is a bit far for walking as it is about 4 km down to the town and beach but still it is good value for your money! Would definitely recommend.
