"Beautiful castle in the middle of the jungle"

This is probably the best hotel on the island of Santo Antao. The whole thing makes you feel like you're in a castle. The owner is very helpful, she takes care of every detail of your stay. Although my room wasn't perfect I got a better room for the same price - for which I am very grateful. From the hotel you have an ideal point for mountain hiking to any place. Breakfasts are very tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Erick was very helpful and always smiling during meals. This is an amazing place and an amazing island. Obrigado!

"Although Booking.com confirmed my room as an aircon suite room, miss Sara, said it was without airco"

Breakfast was ok, the location on a main road was nothing special

When I arrived, there was a problem with my reservation, booking confirmation was aircon suite, they asked first € 12 euros/ night for aircon, later at checkout charged €15/night. Immediately I sent message to booking customer service, that promised feedback in less than 24 hours , 3 days later booking not answering. Not nice I never see before….€ 15/ night for aircon It’s an abuse I wrote in book of claim of the hotel But my problem is with booking where I booked this hotel room Booking.com must to explain why this happened, because my confirmation doesn’t mention this at all.

Great outdoor dining experience

Everything was pretty much fine for my first visit . Really recommend the place for other people. I had a great steak dinner cooked by the chef who is also the owner .

Thank you, Hotel Château Georgette for your hospitality. I really appreciated all the extra touches in the hotel. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are helpful. This hotel is true to pictures and has everything needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay again!!
