Clean rooms good shower and quiet

The food was good. and tasty.

I had an overnight stay in Praia , it was my first time . The staff was amazingly nice and polite . Food was amazing !

They forgot to pick me up at the airport , but once I called they immediately came back .

the bedroom was nice, fresh and comfortable. the cleaning of bathroom and changing totals daily. having swimming pool to enjoy. we were happy with the staffs whom were friendly and attentive with our requests as much they could.

The lockers on the bedroom to leave our documents wasn’t working, no facilities around,like caffe, restaurants. very limited the varieties of food at breakfast, no toasters, no microwave.

The staff was great and friendly.

I injured my self on their property. The property was unkept and maintenance was failing. I fell thru the roof plank that was not fastened.

It was light and airy and had all the facilities you would expect. The roof top sun terrace and pool are excellent features with good views. Located a few kilometres out of the city centre, it was almost tranquil at times so a great place for recharging the batteries. Leave the hotel and get to the nearby lower road and it won’t be long before a taxi offers its services or, if you want to meet people, you can jump on a number 12 bus for a ten or fifteen minute ride to the city centre for only 43 escudos!

Nothing to dislike.

I initially booked for seven nights but within only a couple of days decided I liked the hotel so much I extended my stay by a further twelve. I have reviewed the property separately so here I pay tribute to the staff, upon whom, regardless of how good the facilities, no hotel can be anything other than ordinary. What impressed me with this hotel is not only how remarkably helpful they were but that they all were always so cheerful. Not just the fixed smile that is compulsory for working in hospitality, but genuine and sincere and not just for the benefit of guests. I could often here them talking - and not fooling around - but laughing and genuinely happy with each other. The atmosphere they created meant it was a joy to be in their workplace! I hope I will be able to return one day.
