The room was clean and well furnished. Location is a good walk away from the city's main attraction but it is opposite the bus station and a tram stop.

There is no reception area so checking in was an issue as I was not made aware that I would have to enter the restaurant to check in. After checking out, you can normally leave your bags with the staff if you are leaving Plzen later in the day but as the restaurant was booked out for a private party in the afternoon I was not able to - at the Pilsner Urquell visitor centre there are lockers you can store bags in until 6pm.

Lack of air conditioning

If you call yourself "hotel", you have to provide the soap, shampoo and the cleanliness of the room every day. And if you don't like to provide that, when the guests ask you soap at 8pm, you cannot answer "we don't have".

Super charming place, close to downtown, everything feels brand new, bed is comfortable, shower is fine. The attached bar has good beer and food for reasonable prices. Staff is super helpful

No elevators and no mini fridge inside the room, room could be darker

Clean room, nice owner. Really good lunch in the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is near the city center, easy to access by foot and tram. Really close to the bus station.

You can hear everything from the hotel corridor and some noise from the street. And unfortunately other guests were loud :|
