Very friendly staff

It was cold and the heater didn't work. No breakfast

it was quiet and peaceful

there was no breakfast facility

it was close to the centre

1. the noisy stairs and you could hear every step or the noise of the person next door even their snorings. 2. the stairs area to get to the hotel is dirty and filthy. 3. The blankets were not white and looked dirty, didnt smell good either. 4. the bathrooms were small and one can hardly move 5. the rooms were not cleaned regularly and did not have clean cups/saucers 6. wifi was unstable at times. 7. the bad was small and mattress uncomfortable. the pillow was horrible. 8. the communal microwave that is used by all the rooms was not cleaned during our week stay and it was dirty and smelling.

Friendly and helpful staff

Shower/bathroom a little small for tall people.

no personality. no people who is managing the place in person just by phone. just want to come and take your money. it was a touch down and go place .
